I'm not sure if I was totally convinced by the character of Ace all the time but he did make for a good centre piece and the film is less moved by the events around him than it is by how he is within them. All six were shot in the head when the extortion attempt failed and three died, including Faison's aunt. But Ace's power begins to crumble when Calvin comes back and wants to regain his place on top, and Rico's violent and flamboyant methods attract the wrong kind of attention. This movie will also show you the pain,sorrow and false hope of the drug world. Ace barely manages to survive the incident, and at the same time, Mitch's younger brother is kidnapped and held for ransom.
