What do you mean you can't get it to run? I have no controllers, ergo, no Internet. I just restarted the computer now and still none of it works. At this point, the center light on your controller should not be blinking. Im using Build 7000 btw. Open Task Manager, and make sure the process ScpService is running.
Thanks to the folks at MotionInJoy for creating this driver. I use the GameSaike Sixaxis Driver for my Windows Xp setup and it works great, everything I have read says it works fine with vista too. Open Command Prompt search cmd. Play a xbox360 controller compatible game. Everything I've read says the driver won't work properly on 64 bit systems. If you don't wish to do a permanent install, you can extract the files anywhere you want and skip the optional step. I'm pretty sure this will work for Vista x64 as well. I don't wanna invest in an Xbox 360 controller. If you followed the guide correctly, you should see your controller listed, and have full control of all the inputs. Sony has not released any drivers officially for playstation 3. Only bin shows on task manager when it's open. It does take a bit of work to get anologs working and sometimes if you update the software is ruined to the point where it doesn't pick up your ps3 controller. Adjust the Left Motor and Right Motor sliders for Dualshock and then click on Enable to complete the configuration of your PlayStation 3 Sixaxis controller in Windows 7! Well as the title says. So for now it looks like Im out of luck.
Just something to keep in mind. I recently had to downgrade my video drivers to June 2015 release date, that was the only solution found so I could run games properly with recent drivers, games that should run. I bought it second hand, absolutely. Download the latest version and the latest update of ScpServer from: Extract the latest version to a permanent place such as Program Files, System Path, etc. What do you mean you can't get it to run? I have also run as administrator. Note: These drivers are compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8 or 8. Is your login account an admin account? Are you trying to use it wirelessly or wired? Whatever the reason, I can't find the ds3service in the services tab, ScpService that does not end with. Right click on the ScpMonitor icon in your TaskBar like where the Volume icon and the Internet icon are and choose Input Tester. I will try the analyzer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! The os isn't reading any of the button inputs on the controller let alone taking that and converting it to other commands.
